Nootus AI is looking for Tech Leads — AI Agents who can combine strong full‑stack engineering with the power of AI coding agents to build production‑grade systems at high velocity. This is a 100% hands‑on role where you will ship features fast using AI‑assisted development workflows.

What You'll Work On

• Build and ship features using AI‑assisted coding workflows
• Architect scalable systems for FinTech and TaxTech products
• Deliver ~80% of code through AI tools, with 20% manual coding for complex logic
• Collaborate directly with founders on product roadmap and engineering strategy
• Push the boundaries of AI‑driven software development

What We're Looking For

• Strong Full Stack Development experience
• Expertise in any modern programming language (Our stack: Next.js + Python)
• Ability to work with AI coding agents to accelerate development
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and architectural thinking
• Experience in product companies or startups preferred
• Candidates from IIT / IIIT / NIT / BITS or top global tech companies get priority consideration
